Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to product shipment or production commencement.
Once the cancellation is processed, a full refund will be issued for your order amount.
Please note that cancellation requests will not be accepted once the goods have been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding.

You may submit a return or exchange request within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the products.
To be eligible for return, all the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and remain in its original condition and appearance.
- The original packaging and all accessories must be intact and complete.
