Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days after the customer receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Returns sent back without prior authorization or return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following types of products:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union Orders

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
