The delivery timeline for your order consists of two stages as outlined below.

Processing Period

This covers order confirmation, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be transferred to our logistics center and prepared for shipment within 48 hours after placement.

Shipping Period

This refers to the transit time from our logistics center to your designated delivery address.

For international shipments, delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days.

Orders destined for the United States will be shipped via USPS ePacket. Items typically arrive within 10 to 20 days after leaving our warehouse. While occasional delays may occur, we guarantee all packages will be delivered to you.

Due to current global circumstances, express delivery to Canada may be delayed by an additional 6 to 10 days.

Tracking information will be available online 3 to 5 days after the tracking number is issued. Please check your tracking number and delivery status 3 to 5 days after placing your order.

For International Shipping or when the tracking number cannot be found


  1. Verify that you have entered the correct tracking number.
  2. Confirm you are using the tracking number instead of your order number.

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
